My complaints started over 3 years ago when I noticed I had low bandwidth and I complained to Rich, my salesman and he said I would get more bandwidth if I went to business class and that never solved the problem.
So I went to double business modems and bought me a load balance router and that still did not solve the problem. Then Timer-Warner sent out 2 of thier Techs and they agreed I did have low bandwidth so they said they would split a node but it took them almost 3 months to do that.? Then bingo, I had all kind of bandwidth but they tried to cut me back on bandwidth that I was paying for.!!!!
I had a Radar PC which was FTP'ing to my Web Page and they started throttlling it and at times stopping it all together and of course I had trace routes sent out from my FTP server at Web Host.biz and would you know they stopped at Clarksburg, WV. instead of comming to Fairmont, WV. to my static IP Modem.? So after almost 3 years of bitching they told me that they were going to close my account BUT I had to pay the 3 year contracts which was over six thousand dollars.!!!!
If you have comments or complaints against Time-Warner Cable Co. please put them on this Blog and if I get enough complaints we could hire a lawyer and file a class A law suite.
